The Breyer Group are helping to fund storage areas for older residents’ mobility scooters at five of our sheltered housing schemes.
The new storage areas will provide extra security and charging points for the scooters and help to keep older residents living in these buildings safe. Storing scooters in shared, everyday living areas is a big fire risk.

Your environment
The Breyer Group has worked with local community groups to fit bird nest boxes and access areas in the roofs on estates in Forest Hill and Lee. The boxes provide a safe nesting space for swifts, a protected species that is in decline.
